Customer Care

  • How long is the shipping process/When will I get my tracking number.
    The shipping process will take about 2-3 weeks. Once the shipping process is complete, we will send you the shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. The duration of the shipping process may change due to factors that might delay shipment.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes we ship worldwide. As of 2018, we have shipped to over 50 countries!
  • Will I have to pay international Taxes & Duties?
    Awwww Creates does not charge any customs duties on all our shipments, however we are unable to guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your item when it reaches your country. Your order may still be subjected to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are only assessed when your order has reached the destination and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary from country to country and it is recipient’s responsibility to investigate the amount of taxes and duties you will owe prior to your shipment. If you have any enquiries about tax and duties, please contact your local custom office for more information.
  • What is the store currency?
    Our store currency is in USD. Payment can be made via Paypal or Credit Card and they will be charged at USD rate.
  • I need to change my address!
    We are here to help! Please email our Customer Care team as quickly as possible with your order number and your updated address. We are only able to make changes before it process into the packing process. You may contact us at info@Awwwc.com
  • I sent an enquiry, when can I expect a response from you?"
    We apologize for any delays due to the high amount we are receiving at the time, we are doing our best to respond as fast as possible. Thank you for your kindly patience! We aim to respond to all emails within 5-7 business days. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during festive season and peak period
