How long is the shipping process/When will I get my tracking number.The shipping process will take about 2-3 weeks. Once the shipping process is complete, we will send you the shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. The duration of the shipping process may change due to factors that might delay shipment.

Will I have to pay international Taxes & Duties?Awwww Creates does not charge any customs duties on all our shipments, however we are unable to guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your item when it reaches your country. Your order may still be subjected to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are only assessed when your order has reached the destination and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary from country to country and it is recipient’s responsibility to investigate the amount of taxes and duties you will owe prior to your shipment. If you have any enquiries about tax and duties, please contact your local custom office for more information.
